Refund Policy for Mindful Restarts

Physical Products

Returns

  • We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@mindfulrestarts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@mindfulrestarts.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Digital Products

Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the order is confirmed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
  • However, if you experience any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us at support@mindfulrestarts.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and may offer a refund or a replacement if we determine that the digital product is defective or not as described.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mindfulrestarts.com.
