Shipping Policy for Mindful Restarts
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Domestic Shipping
- We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States. Please select standard shipping at checkout.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet our processing and delivery estimates, there may be times when delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Mindful Restarts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mindfulrestarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
